Christy Carlson Romano Is Pregnant with First Child – Is She Having a Boy or a Girl?
Former Disney Channel actress Christy Carlson Romano is pregnant with her first child!
The “Even Stevens” star is expecting a baby girl with her husband, writer-producer Brendan Rooney, who she met while working on a documentary about veterans in February 2011. Her due date is around Christmas.
She told People, "I am flabbergasted at the serendipity of having a baby on Christmas. It's our favorite holiday! What a gift we'll have this year. Feeling so blessed and grateful… and a little nauseous.”
Christy and Brendan tied the knot on New Year's Eve in 2013 in Alberta, Canada, after getting engaged in November 2011.
Romano may be best known for playing Shia LaBeouf's older sister on “Even Stevens,” but she also starred in the series “Kim Possible” and played Belle in the Broadway production of “Beauty and the Beast."
