Kris Jenner's First Words on Bruce Dating Her BFF

Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner stopped by the “Today” show on Monday to talk about her new cookbook… and the latest rumors about her and ex Bruce Jenner.

The latest gossip is that Bruce is dating Kris' longtime friend and former assistant, Ronda Kamihira.

When Hoda Kotb asked Kris about the report, she answered, "I just want him to be happy, I don't care who he goes out with. I don't know who he's dating. He doesn't check in with me and give me a play-by-play."

She did shut down rumors that Bruce is transitioning into a woman. "It's silly! [The tabloids have] been saying that since the '70s, so you think he'd be cooked by now… they just keep regurgitating the same old stuff."

There is no mention of Bruce in her book, "In the Kitchen with Kris: A Kollection of Kardashian-Jenner Family Favorites.” Kris explained, "Bruce and I were getting a divorce. I mean, he's a great guy, but I just did [the book] for the kids and the grandkids."

She did say that they remain “good friends.”

"We decided we're just better apart than we are together, but we're still really good friends."
