Emilia Clarke Totally 'Can't Stand' Sex Scenes
"Game of Thrones" actress Emilia Clarke is not a fan of how sex scenes are filmed in movies and television.
She recently told the Daily Mail, "Sex scenes should be more subtle. I'm British, so I cringe at that sort of thing anyway — I can't stand it."
"I don't want to have sex thrown in my face, and I've always thought the suggestion is so much more titillating than the act itself. On screen, the subtler the better," Emilia added.
Clarke turned down the lead role in "Fifty Shades of Grey" due to the risqué content of the movie. She shared with The Hollywood Reporter, "I'd done nudity before and was concerned with being labeled for doing it again."
