Inside Orlando Bloom’s Surprise 40th Birthday Party

Over the weekend, Katy Perry threw a surprise 40th birthday party for boyfriend Orlando Bloom.

Perry invited some big-name stars to the party, including Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, which was held in Palm Springs.

In an Instagram story, Perry caught Orlando blowing out his candles on his owl cake. The video also showed guests, who rocked sweatsuits with Orlando's face on them.

After the party, Orlando posted a sweet photo with his mom, Sonia Copeland. He wrote on Instagram, "Best gift ever surprise visit from me mum.”

Jessica Alba and Sofia Vergara also celebrated their husbands' birthdays with parties, both documenting the occasion on Instagram. Jessica wrote, "Love you babe! Last nights Pajama jammy jam was a blast! Love celebrating you with an epic pizza pajama game night! #happybirthdayCash 🤑 @cash_warren."

Sofia celebrated Joe's birthday earlier this month in a tropical location, but she continued to celebrate his day at “Joechella."
