'Quiet Revolution': Watch LeBron James in GMC Hummer EV Super Bowl Ad
As an 18-year-old high school student in Akron, Ohio, LeBron James had the latest Hummer — and the brand-loyal basketball player is unveiling a powerful Super Bowl ad Sunday for the new GMC Hummer EV.
Entitled "Quiet Revolution," the 30-second spot highlights the new vehicle's electrified status and performance metrics, underscoring its supreme silence.

"All-Electric. Zero emissions. Zero limits," the spot promises, ending with: "See it 5.20.20." The GMC Hummer EV will be revealed May 20, and will be built at GM's Detroit Hamtramck Assembly in Michigan, with globally sourced parts.
James is proud of the ad, saying in a statement, "Teaming up with GMC to introduce the Hummer EV is a natural fit. Everyone knows about my love for Hummer since high school and I'm proud to be a part of announcing the new EV model. The truck may be quiet, but the performance numbers speak for themselves."
