Video! Wendi Murdoch to Rupert's Rescue!
While testifying in a hearing on the phone-hacking scandal, media baron Rupert Murdoch, 80, was attacked on Tuesday afternoon by a protester with a white foam pie, only to have it slapped away by his 42-year-old wife, Wendi Murdoch.

Katie Couric tweeted about the incident, "Wendi Murdoch giving whole new meaning to the term tiger mother... insanity!"
The protester turned out to be comedian Jonnie Marbles, who sent his own tweet moments before he attacked. "It is a far better thing that I do now than I have ever done before #splat," said Marbles, who describes himself as "Activist, comedian, father figure and all-round nonsense."
Murdoch and son James sat before British Parliament, calling the inquisition "the most humble day of my career," and laying blame on "the people I trusted" for the scandal which began with the tabloid News of the World, and has now gone through the top levels of Britain's police and even the Prime Minister's office.
