Over the weekend, actress Michelle Williams and husband Phil Elverum stepped out for the first time since tying the knot.
Michelle and Phil were photographed holding hands and sharing some laughs while shopping for antiques in upstate New York.
A source told Us Weekly, “They were happy and laid-back. They were very affectionate with one another.”
At one point, Phil was seen kissing Michelle's hand as he gazed into her eyes.
In July, Michelle broke the news that they were married. She told Vanity Fair, “Obviously, I've never once in my life talked about a relationship. But Phil isn't anyone else. And that's worth something. Ultimately, the way he loves me is the way I want to live my life on the whole. I work to be free inside of the moment. I parent to let Matilda feel free to be herself, and I am finally loved by someone who makes me feel free."
