Rebel Wilson Hits Goal Weight Early!
Rebel Wilson announced that she wanted to lose weight in 2020 — and she has now hit her goal.
“Hit my goal with one month to spare!” she excitedly wrote on Instagram Stories this weekend, posting a pic of her scale. “Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75 kg’s.”
She was posting from an Austrian wellness center, where she has been physically active while working toward her goal. She has stayed at the center in the past, where she followed the Mayr Method diet.
The “Pitch Perfect” actress also promised to update fans in the U.S. this week, writing, “I wanna go live on Insta on Tuesday night when I’m back in US to share stuff with you guys and thank everyone for their support. Sooo until then...6p NYC time,” she wrote.
Previously, Wilson said she'd been eating “3,000 calories a day” before committing to a new, healthier lifestyle.
She told People of her weight-loss journey, “I would say to everyone out there don't be obsessed about how much you actually weigh. It's more about all the healthy practices, and then the changes to your whole lifestyle.”
