Reality Star Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino & Lauren Pesce Expecting First Child

On Tuesday, Sorrentino, 38, announced that he was expecting a baby with wife Lauren Pesce, 35.

Along with posting a series of pictures, Mike wrote on Instagram, “We have a baby situation.”

The pair did not reveal the sex of the baby yet, but noted that their bundle of joy is due in May.

In response to his post, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi said, “LOVE YOU BOTH🙏🏽❤️ sooo sooo excited for you!”

Pauly "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio quipped, “Now that's a situation my dude!!!!”

Jenni "JWoww" Farley added, “OH My GODDDDD I AM SO HAPPY!!!!!"

The news comes nearly a year after Lauren suffered a miscarriage. At the time, Pesce told People magazine, “It was the most traumatic thing I’ve ever experienced in my life, and I think also for Mike, because he was seeing me suffer and he didn’t know how to take it away.”

Mike shared, “We’re definitely trying again. We’re excited to move forward in that chapter of our lives. Hopefully, it happens and once it does it will definitely be a blessing.”
