Sealed with a Kiss! Katie Holmes & Emilio Vitolo Confirm New Romance

Last week, Katie Holmes, 41, sparked rumors after she was seen enjoying some time with chef Emilio Vitolo, 33, at Mediterranean restaurant Antique Garage in New York City's SoHo district.

TMZ reported the two were enjoyed some wine while sharing a few laughs together.

Days later, they were seen kissing during a dinner date at a restaurant called Peasant, seemingly confirming the romance rumors.

In photos obtained by DailyMail.com, the two couldn't keep their hands off each other while packing on the PDA. At one point, Katie was even sitting on Emilio's lap!

For the date, they were matching white tees.

A source recently told InTouch that Katie and Emilio are having "fun," adding, "it's not serious [between them] yet."

It is unclear when and how Emilio and Katie met, but he's a familiar face to with many celebs who dine at his family-owned restaurant Emilio's Ballato.

Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Bradley Cooper, Lenny Kravitz and Whoopi Goldberg are other famous regulars at the restaurant.

Emilio recently told InStyle of the restaurant his dad has owned since the '90s, “It's a seven-day-a-week commitment. If you're going to do a restaurant the right way, you always have to be there.”

Along with being friends with the Jonas Brothers, Emilio was also seen on the set of The Weeknd's music video for “In the Night.”

Based on social media, Vitolo appeared to be in a relationship with Rachel Emmons, the designer at Anna Rachel Studio.

Rachel recently posted a pic with Emilio in late July, but it has now been deleted.

According to InTouch, Emilio and Rachel "broke off their engagement very recently."

Last summer, news broke that Katie and Jamie Foxx called it quits after six years of dating. An entertainment source confirmed to People magazine, “Jamie and Katie split.”

They hadn't been spotted together since their red-carpet debut at the Met Gala. For the star-studded event, the super private couple coordinated their outfits, Jamie wore purple shoes with his black suit and tie to match Katie's Zac Posen gown, which featured a palm leaves collar that took over 56 hours to make.

Jamie dished on their date night, telling “Extra's” Renee Bargh that he had a “fantastic time.” When asked who was best-dressed at the event, he said with a smile, “You know, you know.” Bargh replied with a laugh, “Maybe his date? Yeah!”
