Gerard Butler & Morgan Brown Split Again

Actor Gerard Butler, 47, and his girlfriend Morgan Brown, 49, have reportedly called it quits again after more than six years together.

While a reason for the split has not been given, a source confirmed the breakup to People magazine.

Another insider claimed to Us Weekly that Gerard “couldn't fully settle down,” but “both handling the breakup with maturity.”

The source added, “Those close to them believe they're better off as friends.”

The news comes just weeks after Gerard and Morgan were seen packing on the PDA in Malibu.

They have been on-again, off-again since 2014.

In 2016, they broke up twice, but sparked reconciliation rumors less than a year later after being spotted in Tulum, Mexico.

A few years ago, Gerard opened up about his desire to settle down and have a family. He told People magazine, “In five years I want to be in a relationship. I'd love to have one or two kids — it's about time.”

At the time, he noted that he had “no personal life,” adding that he wanted “to be more run by my personal life than my career.”
