Reality Star Chloe Trautman Dropped Nearly 30 Lbs. in Quarantine

Chloe Trautman is going through a transformation in quarantine, and she recently showed off her slimmed-down figure on Instagram. See the pic below.

The “Siesta Key” star opened up to Us Weekly about her recent weight loss, saying, “I lost almost 30 lbs. during the quarantine,” adding that her co-star Garrett Miller, a personal trainer, has been “helping a lot.”

“It's more of a lifestyle change for me,” she said. “I'm just eating better, being more active and I'm happier. So that helps too.”

The 24-year-old said a trip to Aspen with her co-stars motivated her to get in shape, explaining, “We were skiing and I was so out of shape it, it bothered me so much. I wanted to ski, but I physically couldn't. That's when I was like, 'OK, this is not normal.' Like, I want to be able to go down a mountain at least one time. It was hard for me to even, like, walk around with ski boots. I was like, this is not how it's supposed to be.”

Chloe decided to change her diet, revealing, “the biggest start was getting all the junk food out of my house and only having clean food at home,” adding that when she's out, she looks for healthy options. She's also “active five to six days a week.”
