Earlier this week, rapper Cardi B, 27, had a health scare that forced her to go to an emergency room.
On Wednesday night, Cardi wrote in a now-deleted tweet, “Honestly cause I been having some real bad stomach problems for 4 days I went to the ER last night and I’m feeling way better.”
Along with a pic of her hospital bracelet, Cardi added, “Hopefully tomorrow I will feel no more pain.”
The following day, Cardi set the record straight that she doesn't have coronavirus. During an Instagram Live session, she said, "I’ve been very f**king sick these past five days... not corona."
"I have really bad stomach issues... I started throwing up," Cardi revealed. "I took a pregnancy test."
It looks like Cardi isn’t letting her stomach pains get the best of her. She also posted a meme of Donald Duck attempting to sleep while hungry. She wrote on Instagram, “Mood right f**kin now.”
Cardi is known for her outspoken attitude. She recently voiced her opinion of the coronavirus outbreak, saying, “The general public, people that work regular jobs, the middle class, people that get regular paychecks, the poor or whatever the crap, they're not getting treated like the high -- the ones that are up here, the celebrities and everything. They're not getting their f**king coronavirus results the next day. The coronavirus is very much real.”
She added, “A lot of people live in small-a-- apartments with multiple people. So it's like if you're sending me home and I have the corona-f**king-virus, I'm most likely going to give it to my spouse, my kids, anybody that's around me."
Blaming the government for the pandemic, Cardi argued, “I feel like the government should take that sh*t... and not charge people for it, because at the end of the day this sh*t could've been prevented when they found out about this sh*t a couple of months ago and the sh*t it was doing in China.”
