Ben Affleck & Ana de Armas’ Hot New Romance Heats Up Costa Rica
Actor Ben Affleck, 47, and Hollywood's latest “It” girl Ana de Armas, 31, are looking more like a couple every day!
In photos obtained by TMZ, the two were seen packing on the PDA while enjoying a romantic day at the beach in Costa Rica.
During their day out, Ben was seen taking countless photos of Ana as she walked along the beach.
At one point, Affleck even wrapped his hands around de Armas' waist as she looked at her phone.
They were spotted arriving at an airport in the Central American country just a few days ago.
The pair sparked dating rumors last week after several sightings in her hometown of Havana, Cuba. A source told People magazine, “Ana was his tour guide and took him to all her favorite places. Ben seemed to love the trip. He was in a great mood and very friendly. They are definitely dating.”
During one night out in Havana, Ben and Ana were recognized by fans, who were lucky enough to take a photo with them. In the photo, Ana is smiling while Ben stands behind her.
In a separate outing, Ben and Ana posed for a pic with a cook at the restaurant La Corte del Principe.
The Cuba spottings came just weeks after Ben and Ana wrapped filming on their movie “Deep Water,” which had them playing a married couple.
Another set insider shared with the outlet, “They had great chemistry right from the start.”
The pair reportedly kept it professional while working on the movie. The source said, “Ben always seemed very relaxed and happy around Ana, but at the time there were no signs of romance. He was very focused on making a fantastic movie. He arrived early and was one of the last people to leave.”
Earlier this year, Ben and Ana were spotted hanging out at a bar in New Orleans during a break from shooting “Deep Water,” which hits theaters in November.
A Twitter user wrote, “Ben Affleck right behind me spitting game to Ana de Armas in Spanish all night long is a vibe.”
Ben recently discussed the Spanish language while talking about his daughter Violet. He told Kelly Clarkson on her daytime show, “She's always been a very good student, and she's been interested in Spanish, and so I would often help her. Now, all of a sudden, she's gotten into the grade where she's, like, in the harder Spanish classes and she's getting better.”
He joked, “I don't mind that I can't do your math homework when you're 14 years old, but you are not going to be better at Spanish than me. So I've decided now I gotta take classes; I gotta do something to keep up.”
Affleck also showed his fluency in Spanish while promoting his film “The Way Back" on "Despierta América," even mentioning Ana.
A few weeks ago, Ben opened up on his love life during his interview with Diane Sawyer. He said, “I would love to have a relationship that was deeply meaningful and one to which I would be deeply committed.”
Ana is blowing up in Hollywood, starring in the upcoming Bond film “No Time to Die” and the hit film “Knives Out.”
