Hannah Brown Is ‘Shook’ Over John Paul Jones Drama on ‘Bachelor in Paradise’
Hannah Brown is busy preparing for her first steps in the ballroom on “Dancing with the Stars.” “Extra's” Renee Bargh stopped by the rehearsal studio today in Hollywood to chat with the former star of “The Bachelorette.”
Renee asked Hannah what she thinks of all the drama her former “Bachelorette” contestant John Paul Jones created with fellow castmate Derek Peth on the current season of “Bachelor in Paradise.” She told Renee, “It shook me! I'm shook! Because John Paul Jones, to me, is just like my relief from the drama and now to see that JPJ is having drama-filled everywhere… I don't know, I saw a whole new side of JPJ! I still love the guy. He's awesome. He's the best!”

View StoryBrown also revealed she has been in touch with Tyler Cameron after he was spotted with supermodel Gigi Hadid. Hannah told Renee, “We don't, like, keep in touch on the reg, but I did reach out to him when I heard that his dad was sick again. I love the Camerons. They are a great family, but I'm happy for him being happy and I'm going to focus on what makes me happy.”
Hannah's ex-fiancé Jed Wyatt has reportedly gone back to his former career as a male dancer at Nashville's Music City Male Revue. Renee asked Hannah if she knew about Jed's past career when she dated him. Hannah revealed, “I didn't find out until later, but you know, do what you gotta do.” Would she ever see Jed's show? Hannah joked, “I don't think I'm going to go. I'm pretty busy. I don't think I'm going to be headed down to Nashville anytime soon.”
Now, she's competing for the Mirrorball on the new season of “Dancing with the Stars.” Hannah can't reveal who her dance pro partner will be, but told Renee about meeting him: “I was really excited. I had like two people in mind and I was like, okay, I think this is who I would be with, and I'm really excited about who I was partnered with. I think he's really tough but also fun.”
She confessed there is “definitely” conflict with her dance partner, but insisted “he can handle it,” adding that “anybody who I'm going to be with… they are going to see the beast.”
Hannah said she's fine with her partner “being hard on me,” telling Renee, “I can handle a challenge.”
“Dancing with the Stars” premieres September 16 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
