Tarek El Moussa Gushes Over GF: ‘She’s Amazing’

Tarek El Moussa is in love!

The “Flip or Flop” star was with “Extra's” Tanika Ray at Universal Studios Hollywood, where he dished on his new girlfriend.

El Moussa was recently pictured with a woman who bore a resemblance to his ex-wife Christina.

He told Tanika, “I've been on my own for three and a half years, and I finally found someone. She's amazing. She's just a special girl, and I am really lucky to have met her.” He went on to gush, “First time I said this in a long time: She is my girlfriend. Her name is Heather Rae Young… We are just having a blast.” He added, “I am just so happy.”

He said he is also on great terms with Christina, who is re-married to Ant Anstead and pregnant.

The former couple is still filming HGTV's “Flip or Flop.” He explained, “We've been working together a really long time, and we both understand how important it is to be good parents to our kids… So we focus on doing good things that will affect the kids in a positive way, and it's our career and we love what we do."

"It wasn't easy separating and getting divorced and working with someone and doing it on TV," he said, opening up to "Extra." "The most challenging thing I ever experienced. I am glad we pulled through.” He added of Christina and Ant, "Our kids are very excited about it and I am happy for them.” He smiled, saying, “No matter what, that kid is going to be my extended kid.”

Tarek said they are living the dream with their show, remembering, “We were unknown. We were two kids from Orange County. Eight seasons later, hit show, new seasons on right now, and things are good.” He revealed that "Flip or Flop" came about on the spur of a moment, saying, “It wasn't even a dream. I wasn't even kidding — I had an idea, minutes later I was emailing production companies.”
