Inside Archie's Royal Christening
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's son Archie was christened Saturday at Queen Elizabeth's private Windsor Castle chapel.
People magazine reports the couple chose the venue for "an intimate, peaceful setting in a place with such a special connection to Her Majesty."
Just 25 close family members and friends attended, including Meghan's mom Doria; Prince William and Kate Middleton; and Prince Charles and Camilla.
The chapel is one of the most private places in the world for the royals, created expressly for Queen Victoria's use in the 1840s, destroyed in a 1992 fire, and rebuilt in 1994.
The timing of the christening, two months after Arche's birth, mirrored that of some of his cousins, including Prince George (three months after he was born), Prince Louis (three months) and Princess Charlotte (two months).
