Bridget Moynahan Spills ‘Blue Bloods’ Secrets, Plus: How Boots Helped Her Start a New Chapter

“Extra” was with Bridget Moynahan in NYC where she dished on her CBS show “Blue Bloods” and her new book “Our Shoes, Our Selves: 40 Women, 40 Stories, 40 Pairs of Shoes.”
What's coming up on “Blue Bloods”? Her onscreen brother Jamie will be making it official with Eddie.
“There's a wedding, guys,” she told us. “Everybody's been itching for this wedding.”
Moynahan also opened up about “Our Shoes, Our Selves,” a book about women and the stories that go along with their favorite shoes, featuring photos by Melanie Dunea.
What is Bridget's shoe story? It's about a pair of boots that helped her after she became a tabloid target while pregnant with her son Jack.
“I was hounded by the paparazzi and… personal moments suddenly became very public, and I didn't know how to cope with that,” she told us.
She continued, “I became very closed down, reclusive, and those boots were kind of a reminder of my life before all the chaos… and so I put those boots on and took my first steps of getting my life back.
