Danielle Staub & Oliver Maier Split After Quick Engagement

Days after announcing their engagement, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle Staub and businessman Oliver Maier are reportedly over, according to Us Weekly.

Over the weekend, it was reported that Danielle and Oliver were postponing their wedding. A source told the publication, “Danielle's daughters haven't met him yet. After today she realized she wants to bring her kids into the process more. The wedding has been postponed. Her daughters were surprised because everything happened so fast.”

On Sunday, Danielle and Oliver were photographed shopping for rings at Van Cleef & Arpels in New York City, but they walked out empty-handed.

Their wedding had been scheduled to take place Monday in NYC.

The pair had been dating for six week before he popped the question last week. Before the split, she shared, “I am really looking forward to making a new life for myself with Oliver and putting my life on a positive and productive path. This is a new beginning for me and I am excited to see all that it brings.”
