Tyler Baltierra is ripped!
The “Teen Mom” star has undergone a total transformation, and lost a whopping 43 lbs.
Tyler showed off his before and after pics on Instagram, writing, "208lbs to 165lbs! I've been eating healthy for about 7 months (no processed foods/low carbs/no sugar) but I've only been working out for 3 of those months & I'm finally starting to see results from it!"
He included the hashtags, "#ReachingGoals #SelfLove #Dedication #NaturalEndorphins #IAmMyOnlyCompetition."
Baltierra has been sharing his weight-loss journey on social media. In July, he showed off his abs, writing, “For once in my life I’m actually pumped & pretty proud of myself!”
Weight loss aside, Tyler is getting ready to expand his family — his wife Catelyn Lowell is expecting their third child in March!
