Kim Zolciak Undergoes Breast Reduction Surgery

Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak is recovering after breast reduction surgery.
Kim opened up to Us Weekly, revealing Dr. Leonard Hochstein, husband of “Real Housewives of Miami” cast member Lisa Hochstein, performed the procedure.
“I went smaller and Dr. Hochstein did them,” she said. “He did my boobs four years ago and I loved them. I just wanted a cup size smaller. I'm in Miami recovering now. Feeling fab at 40!!”
Zolciak promised to share more on her “House of Kim” podcast next week.
The “Don't Be Tardy” star also posted a picture of her recovery, writing, “Part of the itty bitty titty committee.”
In July, Kim revealed she had been thinking about a reduction, telling podcast listeners she had already called Dr. Hochstein and told him, “I feel like I should get my boobs reduced. They're heavy, my posture is terrible, I'm getting older…”
Zolciak said she was considering going from a DD to a C, and asked her fans to vote on her Instagram Story.
At the time, the mother of six put it this way, “I did breastfeed all of my kids, so ladies, let's be honest, they were stretched out, loss of volume, pancake nipples.”
