Chris Pratt Proves to Mark Wright He Can Nail ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ Accent, Plus: Pratt’s Upcoming Birthday Plans
“Extra's” Mark Wright caught up with “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom” star Chris Pratt at the movie's L.A. premiere, and the two bonded over the UK TV show Wright starred on called “The Only Way Is Essex.”
Chris previously revealed on “The Graham Norton Show” that he was a fan of “The Only Way Is Essex.” Pratt said he knew who Mark was from the hit series and showed off to Mark how he nailed the “TOWIE” accent. Mark was impressed with his impression, saying, “That's so good.” Chris even gushed over Mark and his success, “Yeah, you're kicking a**. Look at this handsome fella.” Wright responded, “Come on. Coming from you.”

Pratt also dished on his 39th birthday party next week. “I'm going to have a little birthday party with some folks and friends. Bunch of kids are going to come because I have a lot of friends who have kids around my son's age. We're going to get a bounce house and swim in the pool.” Mark explained, “We call that a bouncy castle.” Chris smiled, “Well, because you all live in castles in England. A lot of people don't know that in England everyone lives in a castle. It's pretty nice.”
Pratt is still pinching himself over being a part of the “Jurassic” franchise. “I was caught up in dino-hysteria like the rest of the world 25 years ago when the film was released, the first 'Jurassic Park,'" he said. "I knew deep down I wanted to be an actor but I never could've of in my wildest dreams believe that I'd be part of this franchise. It's really a trip how it worked out.”
In the new film, Chris is in a race to save dinosaurs after a volcano eruption threatens to wipe them out.
“Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom” is in theaters June 22.
