HGTV Tragedy! 'Home Town' Stars Mourn One of Their Own
The stars of HGTV's “Home Town” are mourning a former camera operator and assistant on the show.
Erin Napier paid tribute to producer Brandon Davis on Instagram, revealing he had passed away from natural causes.
She wrote, “Today our hearts are broken in downtown Laurel after suddenly losing our friend, colleague and #HGTVHomeTown crew member Brandon Davis. We are all reeling, each one of us, and I am most devastated for his wife, baby boy, mama, brother and sister.”
Napier continued, “As believers we are all part of the body of Christ and as lovers of our little town working all together in the revitalization of downtown Laurel, we are all part of the body of our community, using our gifts to do the best we can for where we live. His role as our own world class videographer and producer leaves a wound that won't heal for a long while.”
The reality star also shared a clip of Brandon's work, highlighting the Napiers' Lauren Mercantile home goods store. Watch!
“Home Town” follows Erin and husband Ben, who just welcomed daughter Helen in January, as they renovate historic homes in Laurel, Mississippi. The show is currently in its second season.
