Kim K Shares New Pic of Saint After Confirming Third Baby

Just a day after finally confirming she and husband Kanye West are expecting a third baby, via surrogate, Kim Kardashian took to Instagram to share an adorable pic of their son Saint.
Saint, who is 21 months old, looks an awful lot like Kim in the snap, which shows him trying on (his daddy's?) slides.
