Bindi Irwin Clears the Air on Mom Terri & Russell Crowe Dating Rumors

Bindi Irwin is setting the record straight on her mom Terri's love life!
Rumors have been swirling that Terri has been dating Russell Crowe, but it doesn't seem to be the case. On E!'s "Daily Pop,” Bindi said, "There's lots of crazy rumors. You know, we do love Russell, but Mum and Russell aren't actually in love!”
In 2006, Terri lost her husband Steve Irwin, known as the Crocodile Hunter, after he was attacked by a stingray. Since his passing, Bindi and Terri have worked hard to continue his legacy through their Wildlife Warriors Worldwide Organization. Bindi shared, "My dad is still very much my mum's soul mate. And I think that no matter what, Mum always says that they'll always be married. And to her, Mom and Dad, they're always going to be together. So in this life and the next, they're a couple and a team. So I think that's really important.”
Last year, Terri revealed that she hasn't been dating, telling Women's Weekly, "I haven't been on a single date since Steve died.”
Bindi went on to emphasize that things are platonic between her mom and the Oscar-winning actor. She pointed out, "Russell is a wonderful wildlife warrior. He was a dear friend of dad's — now a dear friend of ours. He feels like family to us, but Mum and Russell? Just friends. For sure."
