Janet Jackson Speaks Out After Split with Wissam Al Mana

Nearly a month after it happened, singer Janet Jackson is finally addressing her split with husband Wissam Al Mana.

In a video to her fans, she said, "Yes, I separated from my husband. We are in court and the rest is in God's hands.”

The split came just a few months after she gave birth to their son Eissa. She gushed about their bundle of joy, "I thank God for him, you guys. He is so healthy, so beautiful, so sweet, so loving. Such a happy baby.” Watch!

Janet also commented on her baby weight in the video, saying, “Hey, you guys. It's me, Jan — just in case you don't recognize me 'cause I have put on quite a few since I had the baby.” After hearing her comments, Janet's bother Randy chimed in, "More than a few.” In response, Janet said, "Can you please be quiet, Randy? Nobody's talkin' to you. Thank you.”

Along with an update on her family, she also revealed that she is resuming her Unbreakable tour in the fall, but changing the name of it to State of the World. She explained, "It's not about politics. It's about people, the world, relationships and… just love.”
