Mel B Obtains Restraining Order Against Former Nanny Lorraine Gilles

Singer Mel B wants her former nanny Lorraine Gilles to stay away.
The “America's Got Talent” judge has obtained a restraining order against Lorraine, reports TMZ. Gilles is the nanny who Mel B's husband, Stephen Belafonte, allegedly impregnated.
Mel B's lawyers are also asking for access to a storage locker in Lorraine's name, saying it contains photos of her late father, along with Spice Girls memorabilia and sex tapes.
In the documents obtained by TMZ, Mel B accuses Lorraine and Stephen of trying to extort her with the sex tapes.
The judge has ordered Lorraine to stay at least 100 yards away from Mel B, and not to remove anything from the storage unit.
Belafonte's lawyer Grace Jamra tells TMZ that Lorraine has nothing to do with the storage locker, adding, “unfortunately, it appears that Ms. Brown is creating further hysteria and seeking meaningless court orders,” while claiming they are waiting for Mel B's lawyers to call and set up a time to inventory the locker.
Jamra insisted, "It will be clear to everyone that there are no sex tapes in the storage."
