Hilary Duff’s Ex, Mike Comrie, Accused of Rape

Hilary Duff's ex-husband Mike Comrie is reportedly under investigation for rape.
An unidentified woman has accused Comrie of raping her multiple times at his West L.A. condo during a threesome, but he is saying any sex that occurred was consensual, according to TMZ.
Before going back to his home on Saturday night, the two allegedly met at a bar. Immediately after the alleged rape, the woman went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where a rape kit was administered.
Sources close to the former NHL player argue that the woman, who they say has known Comrie for a long time, gave full consent to the threesome. The other woman in the sexual encounter has not filed a complaint.
Since the allegations, Comrie has not spoken to the police enforcement.
