What May Have Led to Kanye West’s Hospitalization

Before his hospitalization, rapper Kanye West was reportedly “falling apart,” according to People magazine.

Reports are swirling that say West and wife Kim Kardashian were facing challenges in their marriage after her Paris robbery last month. A source told People magazine, "Kim has had a very rough time since the robbery. It hasn't helped that Kanye has been touring. Their lives have been quite chaotic. It's been very trying for them both and not a good recipe for a happy marriage.”

After the robbery, Kim took a break from the spotlight and leaned on Kanye for support. The insider said, “Kim [was] usually the more stable and strong person in the marriage. Kanye is used to leaning on her. Since Kim has had her own issues to deal with, the roles have been reversed. Kanye has had to stay strong to support Kim, and it's like he can't handle it anymore.”

Kanye's Saint Pablo tour didn't help either. The pal said that he “is totally wiped out from touring and just can't handle it emotionally.”

On Monday, Kim immediately flew back to Los Angeles after news broke about Kanye's hospitalization, skipping what would have been her first red carpet since the robbery.
