Maksim Chmerkovskiy Will NOT Return for 'DWTS' Season 24

Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who is anxiously awaiting the birth of his first child with Peta Murgatroyd, will not return to the show as a pro for Season 24, Us Weekly reports... and no amount of money will change his mind!
Maks told Bravo's "Daily Dish" he won't be back next season strictly because of his devotion to being a new dad.
"I'm telling you right now I have zero interest in coming back as a dancer [next season]. I'm going to have a newborn baby. I have zero want to do this. I promise you that," he said emphatically.
There's no beef with the show, which Maks described as "on point." He said, "I'm having the best time of my life on 'Dancing with the Stars,'" on which he is currently paired with Amber Rose. "It's a known fact... I feel the love. I feel like everybody's so friendly [and] we all work for the same goal, [which] is to keep dancing in television and produce a beautiful show."
Maks and Peta's own beautiful production is due in January.
