How Kim Kardashian Has Shed Nearly 70 lbs.!
Kim Kardashian has been workin' hard to shed that post-baby weight, and she's showing off her trimmed-down figure to People magazine.
Kim, flaunting an hourglass figure in a skintight sweater-dress and thigh-high boots, posed for a snap at a launch party for the new REVOLVEman x CLOT capsule in the Hamptons for People, telling the magazine she has lost almost 70 lbs. since the birth of her son Saint in December.
Her "body icon?" Sister Khloé!
"She does these workouts with these sauna suits underneath," Kim says of Khloé. "And she's just... I've never seen someone so focused."
As for Kim, she says her regimen is about food as much as exercise. "I think dieting is so important to weight loss, whereas, I didn't really ever think that before. I thought, 'Oh, I can work out, I can just eat whatever I want.' But you have to work out all the time."
Kim's diet consists of a lot of turkey and fish, but is "a full modified thing" that's part of the Atkins 40 plan, which doesn't leave her feeling like she's depriving herself. "I worked with [Atkins] in them sending me their snack stuff. And there would be this trail mix with M&M chocolates with peanuts, so there was stuff that makes it you feel like you can live."
The working out part isn't for those who like to sleep in — Kim says she hits the gym at 6 a.m., while her babies are sleeping.
All of that hard work and dedication certainly looks like it's been worth it!
