Why Amber Heard Is Reportedly Refusing to File Police Report Against Johnny Depp

Though Amber Heard's lawyers claimed she would file a police report against Johnny Depp, it appears she has changed her mind.
TMZ reports Heard is not going to file a report because she “doesn't want to bury him.” She apparently still loves Depp and doesn't want him to be arrested or prosecuted for allegedly attacking her.
While their divorce is making headlines, Depp is on tour with his band the Hollywood Vampires in Europe. After a concert, Depp was spotted attending a concert after-party in Denmark until the wee hours of the morning in photos obtained by Daily Mail.
A source shared, "More and more fans came up to him and he wanted to talk to all of them and take selfies with them. And the bodyguard got more and more persistent but Johnny didn't want to go. He was in a mood to celebrate for sure."
Depp was also seen engaging in a conversation with a mystery blonde. Another eyewitness said, "Johnny was sitting at a table behind me at the time, before they went outside together. They were outside together for about two hours and looked very animated when they were talking. It looked like she was really leading the conversation, while he was listening to her. And she was smoking a lot the whole time and drinking from the bottle of bubbly. It's clear they already knew each other."
