Porn Star Amber Rayne, Who Accused James Deen of Sexual Assault, Found Dead
Amber Rayne, who was among several porn stars to accuse fellow performer James Deen of sexual assault, was found dead at her Los Angeles home on Sunday. She was 31.
Sources tell Adult Video News that Amber died peacefully in her sleep. Her cause of death is not yet known. Autopsy results are expected next week.
Rayne had spoken out against Deen, telling the Daily Beast they were filming a scene when things turned ugly. She accused him of punching her in the face and getting violent during sex, leaving her bleeding.
He has vehemently denied any wrongdoing.
Rayne began working in the porn industry in 2005, racking up 500 film credits. She was nominated for multiple AVN Awards and was named AVN's Unsung Starlet of the Year in 2009.
