Justin Bieber's dad Jeremy is engaged to longtime girlfriend Chelsey Rebelo!
Jeremy, 41, went down on one knee and popped the question to Chelsey, 28, during their vacation in St. Barts last week. Before surprising Chelsey with a ring, he took her to a beautiful scenic outlook, where they could see the gorgeous beaches and mountains. A friend was heard shouting, "Chelsey, breathe!"
Bieber shared the proposal video on his YouTube page on Thursday and captioned it, "On February 19th, 2016, I proposed to my best friend Chelsey Rebelo." Watch!
A source told TMZ that Justin supports Jeremy's relationship with Chelsey.
