Kim Richards' Ex-Husband Monty Brinson Dead at 58
Monty Brinson, the ex-husband and longtime friend of former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards, has died of lung cancer at age 58, reports Daily Mail.
His onetime brother-in-law, Rick Hilton (who is married to Kim's sister Kathy and is Paris Hilton's dad), announced Monty's death with this Instagram tribute:
Kim was married to Monty for three years, from 1985 to 1988. They have a daughter together, 29-year-old Brooke, who was married in May 2015.
Kim's devotion to Brinson as he battled cancer was seen across several episodes of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
Just three days before he died, Brinson posted a message on Instagram that read, "Today I know a lot of people that follow me my wish that you would send a short message of a time we spent together that you will not forget about us and our friendship snnlr".
