Khloé Kardashian Gives Health Update on 'Soul Mate' Lamar Odom
After dealing with a scary landing in Las Vegas, Khloé Kardashian made it safely to NYC to start promoting her new talk show "Kocktails With Khloé.”
One of her first appearances on Wednesday was “Good Morning America,” where she opened up about Lamar Odom, who was recently discharged from the hospital after several months. She shared, "He's doing really well. He's finally out of the hospital. He's doing great. But, you know, it's a long journey and it's something that he's working really hard on. Every day is every different. We take every day as it comes. I've learned not to really look into the future too much. I try to live every day as it comes. 2016 is a good year. My talk show is coming out. We're leaving all the hospital stuff in 2015, and this year, it's going to be really positive.”
In October, after hearing that Lamar had been found unconscious in a brothel near Las Vegas, Khloé rushed to his bedside. She revealed about the ordeal, "It was really scary. When we got to the hospital in Vegas, we were told, you know, 'There's only a few hours to live.' We had to make some medical decisions. There was a lot of challenges, but he's a fighter, and obviously, he's here now and he's out of the hospital. That's a long stay — almost four months in the hospital. But it's a long journey — it will be a long journey — but as long as he's willing to fight it and constantly better himself, then that's all I could ask for."
When Kardashian was asked about the future for her and Lamar, she said, "I do believe that we're soul mates, but right now, that's not even where my head is at. I'm more of a from-a-friend standpoint. I genuinely love him and I genuinely want him to be healthy and happy and all of that, like I would any of my family members or loved ones, so that's at a place where I'm coming from. I think people, they don't understand the severity of everything, and, like, that's not even a factor. But me knowing or thinking that Lamar was my soul mate before any of this happened… you know, things change and life gets in the way and that's okay. It's all about his health and my happiness and his happiness. Right now those are two individual things.”
The 31-year-old also made an appearance on “The Howard Stern Show,” where she chatted about Lamar's use of herbal Viagra and what she made him promise her. Watch!
Aside from Lamar, Khloe spoke about her hot body and plastic surgery. She admitted, "I do want a boob job ... what girl doesn't want f**king cleavage?"
Kardashian has been slowly getting back into her gym routine after putting everything on hold after Lamar's hospitalization. She recently told People, "Mentally, it took its toll on me. But for the first month, I wasn't even really thinking about that. It wasn't about me. But once I started getting my feet back under me a little bit, I was like, 'Oh, my God, I need to get back to my routine.'”
