Lamar Odom Continues to Improve, Responded to Khloé Saying, 'I Love You'

According to a People magazine report, Lamar Odom's condition — once described as grave — is steadily improving.
A source tells the magazine that after being in a coma since Tuesday, Odom briefly woke up on Friday. "This is the most positive stuff we've had since it happened," the source said. "We've got a little bit of hope now."
Though he had been reported as brain-dead by an anonymous source earlier in the week and has reportedly suffered "multiple strokes," Odom's organs seem to be bouncing back, and he's showing signs of communication. The source says that when Khloé Kardashian, who has been at his side all week, said, "I love you," Odom responded.
"He nodded, and that was the first response we got from him," the source confirmed. Odom apparently had an encouraging CAT scan, and has been taken off dialysis.
Khloé is legally still Odom's wife, and has been making all of his medical decisions. The couple filed for a divorce thought to have been final in July, but a backlog of paperwork meant the two were still man and wife at the time of Odom's health crisis.
Odom was discovered unconscious at the Love Ranch in Crystal, Nevada, following a wild weekend that reportedly included herbal Viagra, drugs, and alcohol.
