Wow, Khloé Kardashian is looking good!
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star posted a waist-training pic on Instagram, revealing her slimmed-down figure.
She explained, “I’m obsessed with the gym but a little extra help never hurt nobody… Once you try it, you will become obsessed!”
“Extra” recently chatted with Khloé about her workout routine at the re-opening of Williams-Sonoma in the Calabasas Commons.She told us, "I would rather work out for hours and eat what I want. I mean, in moderation. Kourtney… has more disciplined eating habits, where I’m like, 'No, I want a piece of pizza or a drink,' but I can work out for hours."
The 31-year-old is not messing around when it comes to her regimen, saying she begins her day at 5:30 AM.
When she hits the gym, "Sometimes it’s an hour and a half, sometimes it’s an hour, and I love to spin… sometimes I do an hour of cardio… three times a week, I try to do an hour of cardio and then an hour of circuit training. I try." She added, “Cardio is a must; I love dripping wet. I’m not someone like, '‘I have to be cute at the gym.' No, I am there to sweat and look crazy 'cause then I feel accomplished and that hour was worth it."
Khloé is working with famed trainer Gunnar Peterson as well as hitting up Cycle House, Soul Cycle, and Equinox.
