Olsen Twins Could Still Return to 'Fuller House'
It looks like there's still a possibility that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen could be involved in Netflix's upcoming “Fuller House.”
Netflix's Ted Sarandos told reporters during Television Critics Association press tour on Tuesday, “The Olsen Twins are teetering whether or not they'll be around."
Prior to the TCA event, the twins had their reps issue a statement saying they would not be part of the show since they were too busy with their fashion careers.
After they shut down the rumors, “Fuller House” exec producer Robert L. Boyett said in a statement, “Although Ashley and Mary-Kate will not be a part of 'Fuller House,' I know how much 'Full House' has meant to them, and they are still very much considered family. It has been exciting to see how they have built their professional careers, and I support their choice to focus on their fashion brands and various business endeavors. I appreciate their support and good wishes toward 'Fuller House.'”
"Fuller House" has wrapped production on its first episode. The show will premiere next year.
