According to PR Newswire, Dr. Alter revealed he was responsible for Caitlyn’s body work, which can include such procedures as body contouring, breast augmentation, and liposuction. Dr. Lee was responsible for the facial feminization surgery, which can include eyelid surgery, brow bone reduction, cheek implants and lip augmentation. Neither plastic surgeon would comment on the exact procedures performed on Caitlyn.
Both doctors stated that they were honored to be chosen by Caitlyn, and are beyond pleased with their surgical results.
Viewers will get a glimpse into Caitlyn’s new life in an upcoming eight-part documentary series, “I Am Cait,” premiering July 26 on E!. The one-hour episodes will focus on her life as a transgender woman, and telling her story as she seeks her “new normal.”
Caitlyn was in San Francisco this past weekend attending the Human Rights Campaign, America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve LGBT equality. She posted on Twitter that it was “unbelievably moving.”
