An Inside Look at Deaf West Theatre’s ‘Spring Awakening’
“Extra” caught up with director Michael Arden to get the inside scoop on his innovative production of “Spring Awakening” at Deaf West Theatre in Los Angeles.
“We are creating a musical for all audiences, not just deaf audiences, not for hearing audiences,” he explained about the production, which includes the use of sign language.
