Bobby Brown and Pat Houston Named Co-Guardians of Bobbi Kristina
Both sides of Bobbi Kristina Brown's family will be working together to make decisions on her behalf.
A judge has appointed her father Bobby Brown and Pat Houston, her late mother Whitney Houston's sister-in-law, as her co-guardians.
Together they will make decisions regarding her care and medical needs.
Attorneys for both parties released a joint statement that said, "We are delighted to inform the public that the court has appointed Bobby Brown and Pat Houston as co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina Brown ('Krissi'). Both Mr. Brown and Ms. Houston are jointly responsible for decisions related to Krissi's care and medical needs."
The statement also confirmed that attorney Bedelia Hargrove "is responsible for Krissi's assets, including her likeness, rights and legal claims. Both parties are delighted with the court's decision and are working harmoniously to ensure Krissi receives the best possible medical care. We are appreciative of the manner in which Judge Jeryl Debra Rosh handled this matter."
Bobbi Kristina, 22, was found in a bathtub on January 31, and has been unresponsive ever since.
