Where's Kate?: The Expectant Mom Takes a Break Fit for a Princess
People reports that Princess Kate took a "pre-birth break" at her family home in Bucklebury, England, last week. A local says, "Nobody saw her around, though — she must have just stayed in the house, having a rest."
Kate's retreat to her home village makes perfect sense. She and William have often spent time there hiking, and a quick visit home is a great way to recharge before bringing a new life into the world.
It is now believed that Kate is back at Kensington Palace ahead of her April 25 due date, which is just a few days after Queen Elizabeth's 89th birthday. She's expected to give birth at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital in London.
