'Empire’s' Taraji P. Henson Drops Season Finale Crumbs to Nibble On
Taraji P. Henson dropped some serious crumbs about tonight's explosive, two-hour “Empire” season finale and her mega popular character Cookie and the rest of the Lyons family.
“I'll say karma works and Cookie gets some lovin',” Henson revealed to "Extra's” special correspondent Angie Martinez. “She puts some chocolate chips in her cookie.”
FOX's “Empire” is the breakout hit of the season, with more and more viewers tuning in each week to catch all the drama that follows the talented musical family. For the supersized season finale, stakes are raised even higher with an all-star guest list including Jennifer Hudson, Snoop and Rita Ora.
It's definitely going to get down and dirty, and spoiler alert – you will be shocked with what happens.
Rumors are already swirling about some A-list guest spots for next season – Oprah and Common – that are sure to break new beats to an already riveting plotline. With Jada Pinkett Smith exiting another FOX show, “Gotham,” it might be perfect timing for her take on Taraji's Cookie in a sweet story line.
Who would Cookie next love to take a bite outta on the show? “I've got a storyline for Denzel [Washington],” said Henson. “Denzel… call me, call me.”
