What Did Nicole Kidman’s Hubby Keith Urban Think About That Date with Jimmy Fallon?

Actress Nicole Kidman sat down with “Extra's” Tracey Edmonds to talk about her role in the new movie “Paddington,” and the actress also opened up about her decade-old blind date with Jimmy Fallon.

Kidman made an appearance on Fallon's “Tonight Show” this week, and the two recounted that one time she visited Fallon's house, before she and Urban were married, for what she thought was a date.

Nicole laughed that her husband, Keith Urban, had heard the story before. “He knew the story because we watch Fallon… I don't think he knew it in that detail. It was fun. I'm so glad Jimmy was so good-natured about it. He was laughing, but I think he was pretty shocked.”

As for the family film “Paddington,” based on the children's books, Kidman plays an evil taxidermist who wants to get her hands on the young Peruvian bear.

Kidman explained that her girls, Sunday Rose, 6, and Faith Margaret, 4, are “in heaven” with mommy's role. “It's really touching because I see them looking at the film now that it's coming out in the States. They were with me in London when it came out and Australia when it came out, so they've followed it around the world, and I think they keep seeing it being embraced.”

She continued, “They love saying to their friends, 'Oh I can get you tickets to 'Paddington.' They're hooked up.”
