Couples News! Elton John & David Furnish Set to Marry in England This Weekend
Singer Elton John and longtime partner David Furnish are ready to officially tie the knot.
John's rep confirmed to Us Weekly that the two are planning to wed in England this weekend.
Sir Elton told Matt Lauer in March that the nupitals would be low-key. "We'll do it very quietly, but we will do it and it will be a joyous occasion and we will have our children [there].”
John, 67, and Furnish, 52, met in 1993 and entered into a civil partnership in 2005.
They have two children, Zachary, 3, and Elijah, 23 months
