Stephen Collins' Wife Makes Bombshell Claims in Just Revealed Email
The estranged wife of “7th Heaven” star Stephen Collins makes some explosive claims about the actor in an email just released by TMZ, however, a source close to the star says the accusations aren't true.
Faye Grant, who is in divorce proceedings with Collins, accuses him of having incestuous fantasies.
Grant wrote in a message sent last year, “The comment you made just before I gave birth to our daughter when you said you hoped we didn't have a little boy, because 'you just didn't know if you could keep his little penis out of your mouth' was indication enough that you were sick.”
She continued, "I should have followed my gut then, and then again 14 years ago, and kicked your ass to the curb."
The insider told TMZ the claims are "absolutely untrue," explaining that he never received the email and that Grant never brought up the allegations during divorce proceedings.
On Tuesday, an audio tape of Collins allegedly confessing to molesting a series of young girls was released by the news site. Authorities are now revisiting the case.
After the news broke, Collins was axed from the “Ted 2” sequel, and UP TV announced they were pulling reruns of “7th Heaven.” According to the Daily Mail, Collins also resigned from the National Board for the Screen Actors Guild.
Tuesday night, police were called to the actor's home after reports that he committed suicide, which were found to be false; he was not even at the home.
Grant and Collins married in 1985 and have one child together, Kate Collins, now 25.
