Cameron Diaz Talks Gwyneth, Chris and 'Conscious Uncoupling'
Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s friend Cameron Diaz had a few things to say about the couple’s split when “Extra” caught up with “The Other Woman” star at CinemaCon in Las Vegas.
Cameron defended the couple’s use of the term “conscious uncoupling.” “I think it's actually a very elevated and conscious and realized statement,” she said.
She added that Gwyneth and Chris have worked hard at being friends and good parents. “People go separate ways in other aspects of their life, and I think it’s really brave of them to phrase it that way.”
Diaz continued, “Leaving as a couple and deciding to stay together as parents and as friends… I think it's beautiful. I'm so proud of them.”
