Case Closed! Kanye West Settles with Beverly Hills Fight Victim
Kanye West has reached a settlement for over $250,000 with the guy he is said to have beaten up in the waiting room of a Beverly Hills chiropractor, reports TMZ.
Sources close to the situation told the site that the man who reportedly hurled racist remarks at Kanye's fiancée Kim Kardashian, agreed to a civil settlement and now feels satisfied enough to not move forward with a criminal prosecution.
Law enforcement sources say the D.A. has not decided whether they will charge Kanye with battery.
During settlement negotiations, the purported victim allegedly demanded millions, so $250K was a bargain for Yeezy, whose lawyer has yet to comment.
