Hilary Duff and Husband Mike Comrie Split
Actress Hilary Duff, 26, and NHL pro Mike Comrie, 33, are headed for divorce, reports E! News.
Duff's rep confirmed the news to E! in a statement. "Hilary Duff and husband Mike Comrie have mutually decided to an amicable separation.”
Comrie's spokesperson added, "They remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's lives. They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son, and ask for privacy at this time."
Duff later tweeted, "Mike and I are sitting here,we are so appreciative for all of your kindness& well wishes. Not an easy day but we're getting thru it together."
The former couple wed in 2010 and welcomed son Luca in 2012.
